Appropriate for new construction or renovation of an existing space. 

Minimum of 1 room and/or 1,000 sq feet.  Pricing examples are shared once a Discovery call is scheduled.

Deliverables:

• Discovery phone call

• In-person meeting/statement of work/deposit

• Kick off meeting + on-site walk through 

• Draft Design Concept deck

• Meeting to finalize Design Concept deck

• Procurement: quotes, purchasing (w/trade discount where applicable) shipping + storage, installation, returns, repairs

• Final project photography

• Monthly 30-minute phone calls for the duration of the project

For clients who want help with an initial design concept, or help refining a concept you already have.

Appropriate for new construction or renovation of an existing space. 

Maximum 1 - 3 rooms, up to 1,000 sq feet

Deliverables: 

• On-site walk through

• Design Concept deck with precedent studies, suggestions for  lighting, color, layout, soft furnishings including rugs/carpets, hard furnishings including furniture, fixtures + finishes.

  • This concept deck is yours, and allows you to procure and install at your own pace.

• Two 30-minute phone calls over the 60 days following delivery of Design Concept deck

For the client who wants a comprehensive vision and plan for lighting whether decorative or architectural.  We can consult, or start to finish a complete electrical plan of fixtures.

1 - 3 rooms, up to 1,000 sq feet - $600 

Entire house - $1,000

• On-site 2-hour walk through

• Design Concept deck with precedent studies, suggestions for  lighting, fixtures + finishes.

  • This concept deck is yours, and allows you to procure and install at your own pace.

• Two 30-minute phone calls over the 60 days following delivery of Design Concept deck

• Depending on your needs, Graceland will work with electrical professionals to ensure proper installation. 

For the client who wants a comprehensive vision for the color palette (exterior, interior or both) throughout an entire house, or for particular rooms.

Appropriate for new construction or renovation of an existing space.

• Visual Concept deck of color choices & on-site samples

  • This concept deck is yours, and allows you to procure and schedule at your own pace with your painters of choice.

• Paint & finish schedule for walls, ceilings, trim, etc, 

• One 30-minute phone call over the 60 days following delivery of Design Concept deck

For the client who wants a vision and strategy for achieving a cohesive aesthetic for an entire house, or for particular rooms.

• We suggest you prioritize the work and narrow the scope to no more than 3 rooms, 1,000 sq feet. You can always schedule a second consultation for additional work.
